At American Leather, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Package Your Items
Securely pack the leather goods in their original dust bags and shipping box to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our artisans inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
